Cheese Fondue with Dipping Sausage

  • 1 packet of Denny Gold Medal Sausages
    ½ a pound of grated Swiss cheese
    ½ a pound of grated Gruyere cheese
    1 cup white wine, preferably one that is dry
    2 tablespoons of plain flour
    A pinch of salt
    A pinch of ground nutmeg


  1. Add your sausages to a frying pan and cook slowly on a medium heat until golden brown
    2. Pour white wine into a fondue pot and heat until simmering
    3. Add cheese in gradually, stirring continuously after each addition and until cheese is melted
    4. Fold in the flour and add salt and nutmeg
    5. Use sausages for dipping
