Breakfast Parfait

Start your day off right with this delicious, light, breakfast recipe using delicious sweet pineapple and ripe peaches.

Serves: 1


  • ¾ cup of low fat plain yogurt
  • 1 cup of pineapple chunks and peach chunks
  • 2 teaspoons of ground nuts.


  1. Place yogurt in small bowl, top with fruit and sprinkle with ground nuts
